A lot of the search engine marketing is free or inexpensive.
• If you need a little public relations you can also work on that. By using several marketing options you can get public relations for your business. It is almost always free and successful. You just need to create success stories for individuals to read.
• You should never try to go a business alone. You should consider a joint venture or affiliate relationship. In other words you are working with a like minded business that will help promote you. You could have something that you sell, and the other business has a complimentary product. For example pet supplies and a pet bookstore would be a great venture.
• Pay per click advertising is one of the best options you have. The ads will be small like four lines of text with a head line, and your URL will be included. You can be very general about your product, but the results are top notch.
• You can also take the leftovers from other businesses. For example, you can use print and radio ads by purchasing left over space that someone else couldn’t use. It is space that is not sold to any other advertiser. It can be a money saver due to the fact that the space still needs to be sold to someone.
