Getting Better Load Time
There are seven ways you could get your website pages to load with more speed. These ways could be the difference between losing sales and making lots of money.
There are Web page file limits. As long as you stay with in these limits you should be able to gain speed on the site. The search engines will vary with the size of page they allow, so make sure you have checked into the most important search engines and stay within their limits. Most often anything lower than 700kb is going to be your target, as this still gets logged in the index, but is a bit larger than is normal.
Most web pages are going to be around the 150kb. This means you will be placed into the search engine without any issue and it should be in HTML text file. The 150kb is still enough to get some images on the screen. Most experts though will tell you that the best over all is 50kb for a limit for the fastest load time possible. It is most important that your customers are satisfied with being able to reach your page.
