CSS

CSS is another tool that you can use to get your page created and help you get those consumers. CSS can be moved into a separate file to help you reduce the coding needed on the pages. If you have tables or if the page is just a table rather than regular text, moving the CSS codes can drastically increase your load time. The browser works so that you load the tables last. When you switch from tables to the CSS coding your page will load faster and less time is spent trying to get a big file loaded.

Page and image caching is something else you want to consider in getting the right web page setup. The server can be configured or set up for certain elements. For example you can have expiration dates that allow pages or images to be stored longer on the browser or on proxy servers. This is a benefit which helps you increase your load time. You also tend to use less bandwidth.

You databases should be streamlined to help you get more search results. For example if your database loads slow it can be difficult to get consumers as your page will therefore load slower.
