This is a great site to link to based on what information you can find. The best thing about Wikipedia is that anyone can edit the information. You can place your own links on the site for information that is relative. You can also have the link on your page to help get others to the page. By offering the link you can increase the chances of someone linking to it from Wikipedia.

Search engines want you to have as many links as you can get. However, there are some things that they will not allow. For example, search engines have started to crack down on the amount of links you can have that are not quality. The more links you buy or just pick up that are useless, the more chances you have of getting yourself banned. There are new and better ways to get links that can be useful to your site. You don’t want too many reciprocal links, links from networking sites, or paid for links. All of these things will get you penalized.

It is not about getting all of your pages in the index. You just need to get the right pages in the index. Google and other search engines don’t want the largest indexes, but the most useful. They will get low value pages out of the mix in order to make their consumers happier. Don’t try for 100 percent indexing. Instead pay attention to what pages should be indexed.

In an attempt to build its market share at the expense of market leader, Google, Ask.com is drastically changing its search engine. The new Ask is expected to deliver quicker results and greater relevance than previously. According to CEO, Jim Safka, the new search is 30 percent faster and, in early tests, has increased the rate that customers return to use the site by 16 percent.
