Any website that is makes a consumer register before being able to view content is making a large mistake according to some in the sector publication. E- consultancy just released an article that observed visitors to Northern Rock must register before they are allowed to view loans, mortgages, and accounts.

The search box is designed on most websites to be a user friendly tool, however if the website doesn’t have this tool it isn’t going to encourage the consumer. The overall design of the website needs to be consumer friendly according to the report.
