He goes on to state that the company informs all of their clients of the new and interesting technologies that have been and are being developed. This gives Denuo credibility with all their clients, especially the traditional, larger, and established ones.

He is able to go to them and present the new start-ups to his established base and offer them reasons why they should consider partnering with them and them asking the larger company to have their representative talk to the start-up.

Tobaccowala knows that if he told his established clients to outright hire the start-up or company that Denuo has invested in, it would be a serious conflict of interest. They will, however, act as a liaison between the two and help schedule meetings. He feels that this is a win-win situation all around as the companies they invest in have the innovative solutions to problems their clients may have.

By helping the two collaborate, media distribution, targeting, and research issues are solved in a timely and efficient manner with everyone benefiting in the end. This not only helps build credibility for Denuo, but it also helps spread the word that the start-ups really have something good to offer and other clients should give them a chance.
