Yahoo is probably one of the best search engines to find your true Page Rank and inbound link numbers. You will find that Yahoo Site Explorer offers link data. You will even find that Yahoo works so well that we use it for the Site Strength Tool that you have. The tool is designed to offer you an easy way to click and find your links listed. You will usually see about 1000 links in the first click as that is the maximum number it can show.
While you can only see the first 1000 you should not consider this a problem for two reasons. First Yahoo sorts links regarding the importance to you. In other words the first 1000 links that you see are more important to your consumers needs than the other links you may have. This helps to increase the traffic. Second you can search for more than the first 1000 links by using the sites back links tool. You will find it takes a little bit of time, but you can see every link that is listed with your site. So as you can see the search engine you use is extremely important.
