The anchor text should contain varied keywords that pertain to your site and is targeted towards increasing the search engine ranking. In other words the keywords should be something the consumer will search for in regards to your website.
If you are creating a site about dogs then the search engine keywords should be most prevalent to that target audience. The submission will also look for keyword stuffing and that can me a decline of your submission. The articles must make sense and not be full of fluff and keywords. It should also be short and to the point over being long and full of irrelevancies. The site description should be no more than 450 words and no less than 150. The idea is not to make it sound like an advertisement, but give real information.
