Pay Per Click Keywords

Advertisers that are using Pay Per Click will bid on certain keywords. These keywords can be phrases, words that can include model numbers and products. When a web browser searches for a certain phrase or word, a list of links from advertisers will appear in the order of the amount of the bid placed on the keyword. Keywords, sometimes also known as “search terms”, are what make Pay Per Click available. The advertisers consider their keywords to be valuable trade secrets and lots of firms provide services or software that will assist an advertiser with keyword strategy.

You have to be good to make it to the top of the search engine ranking list, or at least close to the top. You have to know what you are doing and make people want to know what you are doing. Once you have setup everything you need to publish your ad, you should receive a few responses immediately or in an hour or so, if you do not, you may want to look into your ad and see what you can do to make it better and attract more attention.

A few of the Pay Per Click search engines that have made it to the top or pretty close are Baidu, Kanoodle, LookSmart, Microsoft adCenter, Google AdWords, Yandex, Miva, Ask, and Yahoo!.
