Top Free Links – Part 1

October 10, 2008 by Admin

Number one on the list of top free links is Wikipedia. Wikipedia is an authoritative site. This means it has a lot of informative articles. It doesn’t sell you products. This is a great site to link to based on what information you can find. The best thing about Wikipedia is that anyone can edit the information. You can place your own links on the site for information that is relative. You can also have the link on your page to help get others to the page. By offering the link you can increase the chances of someone linking to it from Wikipedia.

You do have to be careful though. Not all edits will be deemed as relevant. In fact there are editors who monitor pages and will know when a change has been made. If the editor doesn’t like the change they will remove it. This means that you want to make sure you edit more than just the link. If you have something to add to the content, do it.
