Many ugly websites have been outdoing the more pleasing websites as they are working a little harder to promote themselves in search engine optimisation. Since these websites are hitting the higher rankings they are getting more consumers over those that may have a pleasing design, but aren’t really striving to work towards search engine optimisation. A few examples of successful websites include the following:

French Property Links is the top of the list for a website that has the best optimisation on the internet. This was determined by emails and a survey. French Entree and Green Acres are more pleasing than French Property Links, but when searching you are going to find French Property Links higher on the search engine for the optimisation.

The Move Channel has also generated quite a spread. They have over 90 leads for someplace else, which can be extremely hard to navigate, but Google ranks this site high in the position, because of the great name and database of links.

There are more than twenty sites that could be discussed in this article such as Property World, My Bulgaria, and Primelocation that have top rankings in search engines because they pay more attention to the actual promotion of the site than some of the cosmetically pleasing.
