Links and Search Engine Marketing

The top search engine marketing question: Did you know that there are web links? Sure you did, but did you know that there are also links that are not links? Links look this: www.nonlinks.com, but the links that are not links, look like this: http://go.get. Biz/crl;00000;11111;q?http://www.nonlinks.com. These are search engine marketing links that point to programs, or something other than a web link. Once you click on the link, it will soon forward your search to your URL grant it, but it is not a link that Google will notice.


It is important to add valuable, working links to your web site rather than ad links that are not truly links. Links should be added inside paragraphs of your text on the web page. These are often regarded highly by Google. Your links should comprise of reciprocal, outgoing and incoming links. Try to add relevant links to the inner parts of your web pages. Sometimes these are more valuable to Google than links on your Index page. Spread relevant links around your web site, rather than add outgoing links. Google values this perhaps more.


There is something else you can do in search engine marketing to increase your chances of getting ranked with Google. Most marketers will add keywords to their pages, and not add the keywords to their outer pages. Links outside of your page can make a difference.


There are points in search engine marketing that most people miss.  I bet you didn’t know what the head honcho said about Google’s Page Rank. Well, it was in big headings what the honcho man said. This is the man who discovered Google, and there is no better advice than the founder’s advice himself. This is why it is important to read and learn my friends.


What the honcho man said: pages do not always provide accurate descriptions. Rather the anchors do. Because anchors provide Google with better outcomes from their search, guess what…Google’s prime focus is on anchors. The main honcho main told us this in 1998 in the hyper textual periodical on Search engine marketing.

Thus, relevant links and keywords are essential parts of SEO, but anchors could prove more accurate and get you a higher rank than links would get you. In addition, the more relevant links you add to your site can get you a good rank also.


The more links that point to your web page, the more chances you have of getting ranked with Google. See, when you have 100 web sites pointing links of relevancy to your site, Google seems to catch on quicker. In other words, if you are promoting jackasses, then promote jackasses and anything that associates with it, otherwise, Google could get confused with your search engine marketing methods.


Search Engine Marketing requires effort, practice, and time. Thus, if you are venturing into the marketing game of SEO, prepare to spend a good amount of time, invest, practice, and hold true to what you discover!
