If you’re reading this blog the chances are you have at least a smattering of knowledge when it comes to technology. The gadget helpline is a new service that has been set up in order to provide the technically illiterate amongst us with help navigating the sea of jargon you come across when trying to set up a laptop or any kind of electronic device these days.
For £2.99 a month subscribers will be able to call the line an unlimited number of times every month and speak to phone operators trained in explaining technical details in plain English.
